About The Position

This is not a traditional job. This is an opportunity to start your own practice (primary care or mental health) and care for patients in your community, your way. You can build long-term relationships, not rushed visits, and create a schedule and model that actually works for your life. You own your practice. Kinstead Health handles the rest, including insurance credentialing and payer contracting, billing, coding, and revenue cycle management, EHR setup and support, virtual front desk with real humans answering patient calls, scheduling, intake, and operations, legal, compliance, and business setup, and marketing tools and local growth support.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PMHNP, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong ties to your local community (patients, schools, organizations, referral networks)
• A genuine desire to serve your community and build something meaningful locally
