At Kinstead, we help experienced Nurse Practitioners across Massachusetts launch and grow independent, insurance-based practices. You own the practice. You care for your patients. Massachusetts has one of the strongest independent practice environments in the country, and demand is outpacing supply — particularly in behavioral health, primary care, and women's health from Boston out to Worcester, Pittsfield, and the South Coast. Patients are waiting months (if not years!) for appointments. The opportunity is real, and it's local. This isn't a traditional NP role. There's no guaranteed salary and no one telling you when to work. Building a practice takes commitment, patience, and a willingness to bet on yourself. Requirements
- Outstanding clinicians with several years of experience.
- Hold an active Massachusetts license and have met the state's requirements for independent practice.
