About The Position
This is not a traditional NP role. Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners in Connecticut launch and grow independent, insurance-based practices. You will own the practice and care for your patients, while Kinstead builds the infrastructure around you. Connecticut has dense, distinct local markets where patients are waiting too long to be seen by a clinician. As one of the earliest states to recognize full independent practice for experienced NPs, Connecticut offers a unique opportunity for NPs to move beyond the constraints of traditional healthcare systems. Building a practice requires commitment, patience, and a willingness to bet on yourself. Requirements
- Outstanding clinician with several years of experience.
- Active Connecticut license.
- Met the state's requirements for independent practice.
