About The Position

Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway as a Same Day Provider. The role provides timely, patient-centered outpatient care for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent health concerns. The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with physicians and care teams to support prompt access, continuity, and coordination of treatment. The clinic is a 12-provider primary care practice with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers. Patient encounters average 18–22 per day, with 34 patient-contact hours per week. The position is full-time at 1.0 FTE with a flexible schedule. Providers work in a collaborative, team-based Accountable Care Organization model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management. The practice uses an integrated EPIC electronic medical record and provides employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support. The clinic is located in St. Paul, Minnesota, a community described as having a rich cultural heritage, diverse neighborhoods, a strong arts scene, and a welcoming small-city feel.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal nurse practitioner training program.
Board certified or board eligible through the AANP or ANCC.
Licensed or able to obtain an APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
Able to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria and qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
