About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its Morristown, TN location. Requirements

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee.
DEA licensure in the state of Tennessee.
Additional education or certification may be required depending on the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic patient care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Perform injections.
