About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The role involves maintaining a friendly, professional attitude, offering a "white glove" experience, and guiding new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities include collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and providing clerical and logistical support. The company is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder across multiple states.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
Lived Addiction experience is a plus
