About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and ensure a positive patient experience. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Our comprehensive approach is the gold standard in care, proven to reduce overdose deaths and promote long-term recovery. We are dedicated to expanding access to treatment across the U.S., serving over 26,500 patients in outpatient, office-based clinics located in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments.
• Assist in daily operations with a friendly and professional attitude, offering a "white glove" experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to schedule intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
