About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, manage patient check-ins, process payments, and support daily operations. The role involves maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, offering a "white glove" experience to patients, and guiding new patients through the intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting drug screen samples, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and overseeing patient accounts. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, operating outpatient clinics across multiple states.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Check in patients and receive payments.
• Assist in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude.
• Offer a "white glove" experience to patients.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
