About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Knoxville/Oak Ridge, TN location. Their comprehensive approach aims to combat the opioid epidemic and guide patients toward recovery. Crossroads operates outpatient, office-based clinics across multiple states, serving over 26,500 patients. Requirements

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee.
DEA licensure in the state of Tennessee.
Target weekly hours: 32.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Perform injections.
