About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Knoxville/Oak Ridge, TN locations. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). This comprehensive approach is the gold standard in care for opioid use disorder, proven to prevent overdose deaths and foster long-term recovery. The organization serves over 26,500 patients across outpatient, office-based clinics in multiple states. Requirements

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee.
DEA licensure in the state of Tennessee.
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic patient care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Perform injections.
