About The Position
PMR Healthcare is looking for a PRN Practitioner to join our team in Franklin, IN! In this role, you will provide Primary Care & Occupational Healthcare for the employees and families of one of PMR's clients (local employer groups). The clinic operates on a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday hours, and no rounds or on-call requirements. This clinic is less busy than a standard fee-for-service clinic or urgent care center, allowing for deeper patient connections and a more fulfilling practice of medicine. PMR Healthcare operates private clinics for employer groups nationwide, focusing on patient-first care and innovation to help employers manage healthcare costs while improving care accessibility for their workforce. This model aims to enhance the healthcare experience for both patients and providers.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice in Indiana as an NP, FNP, etc.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current licensure.
- Current DEA/CSR registration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional environment.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivation.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as a team player.
