About The Position

IVX Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. The NP will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers, ensuring treatments are delivered with precision and care. Requirements

Active and Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
AANP or ANCC Board Certification.
BLS certification.
Proficiency in clinical documentation, including experience with EHR systems.
Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics.
Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

PALS certification.
Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
Conduct patient assessments, including evaluations, documenting SOAP notes, and monitoring treatment responses.
Educate and support patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
Ensure compliance and quality by maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, reviewing nursing documentation, and upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Optimize clinical workflows by assisting with chart preparation and treatment planning.
Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
Support operations and training, including inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
