About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, accessible primary and family care in a clinic-based role. The position delivers in-person patient care, with virtual visits conducted from the clinic when onsite volume is lower and virtual care will not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers are supported by clinical resources, collaborative colleagues, evidence-based guidelines, and a unified team approach, while having autonomy to manage their practice and opportunities to practice at the top of their license. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions; diagnostic testing; preventive counseling; injury and illness treatment; wellness services; chronic disease management; preventive screenings; and care coordination. Providers also handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts. Applicants must hold a master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current national board certification through AANP or ANCC, and an active, unrestricted state APRN/FNP license. The role requires active Basic Life Support certification, ability to pass a respirator fit test, physical presence at the assigned clinic, and completion of a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Multi-state licensure must be obtained and maintained based on business needs. One year of NP experience is preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs. The role is full-time and clinic-based. The typical pay range is $41.85–$90.13 per hour or the applicable base annual full-time salary for the job grade. The position may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Eligible colleagues receive a comprehensive benefits package.
