About The Position

ArchWell Health is an innovative, rapidly growing medical group changing the way primary care is delivered to seniors. Its neighborhood clinics are located in communities with limited access to quality healthcare and provide comprehensive, relationship-focused care. The Nurse Practitioner provides outpatient primary care as part of a collaborative, supportive team. The role serves a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved population, including patients with comorbid conditions. Providers may travel among multiple nearby centers within their market.
