MinuteClinic, part of CVS Health, is hiring a clinic-based Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care. The role includes in-person care and virtual visits conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and virtual care will not interfere with in-person care. Providers work with clinical and organizational support and are expected to practice holistically, using evidence-based guidelines and clinical resources. The position is full-time and includes every-other-weekend work. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. The Nurse Practitioner provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions; performs diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and injury and illness treatment; and coordinates care with other healthcare professionals. The role also includes wellness services, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection. Applicants must have a master's degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current national board certification, and an active, unrestricted FNP/APRN license. One year of NP experience is preferred, although qualified new graduates may be considered. Additional requirements include active BLS certification, ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure as needed, and completion of a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs. Physical presence at the assigned clinic is required. The typical pay range is $37.66–$81.11 per hour or the applicable base annual full-time salary for the job grade. Actual compensation depends on factors such as experience, education, and geography. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Benefits for eligible colleagues include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources. The anticipated application window closes November 26, 2026.
