Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Hospice - PRN

About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner provides medical care to hospice patients, determines hospice eligibility, and manages pain and symptoms. The NP participates in patient care as a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team. This is a PRN role with Enhabit Home Health & Hospice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school and licensed as a nurse practitioner in the state where currently practicing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Medicare conditions of participation.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- At least five years of nursing experience, including a minimum of one year in hospice.
- At least three years of clinical registered nurse practitioner experience.
