About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a Tampa float role. This clinic-based position delivers evidence-based primary and family care, with virtual visits conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume allows and when they do not delay in-person care. Providers have clinical and organizational support and are expected to practice within a collaborative team environment. The role is 32–40 hours per week and includes working three weekends in a six-week rotation. The position includes care for acute and chronic conditions, preventive services, wellness and chronic disease management, diagnostic testing, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. It also involves essential clinic operations such as inventory management, opening and closing the clinic, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts. Applicants must hold a master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, national board certification, and an active, unrestricted FNP license. One year of NP experience is preferred, though qualified new graduates may be considered. The role requires physical presence at the assigned clinic, active BLS certification, ability to pass a respirator fit test, and completion of a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs. The stated pay range is $41.85–$90.13 per hour. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, as well as a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, subject to eligibility.
