About The Position

Tia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their SoHo clinic and redefine whole-person care. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care and women's health services while actively contributing to the evolution of Tia's care model. The position offers built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, along with AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden. The clinic is located in a prime location and offers competitive compensation including quarterly bonuses and equity.

Requirements

NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
