Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant HMC
About The Position
North American Heroes Medical is a primary care Health and Wellness practice specializing in concierge services for First Responders, Educators, and Public Servants. The practice is recruiting a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its multidisciplinary integrated care team, which provides comprehensive wellness services including stress tests, lab tests, individual treatment plans, and follow-up care. Under the supervision of an MD, the practitioner performs patient assessments and data collection, interprets findings, and formulates treatment plans. The practitioner collaborates in developing and implementing plans of care based on patient needs throughout the course of care and identifies and implements strategies to meet patients’ educational needs.
Requirements
- Current New Jersey license.
- DEA license.

- Prior urgent care or concierge care experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and collect patient data.
