About The Position

The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation of $70.00–$80.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements
- Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Current national certification, as applicable.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently within applicable California practice requirements.
- Reliable transportation if travel to patient locations is required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically appropriate.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the authorized scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
