About The Position

Rapha Health is a mission-driven, independent primary care practice serving Fayetteville and surrounding communities. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our onsite team. This is a long-term role for a clinician who wants to put down roots, build real patient relationships, and practice medicine the way they envisioned it in school. At Rapha Health, you will have clinical independence and freedom from productivity quotas, meaningful appointment time designed for whole-person, relationship-based care, direct input into workflows, operations, and how the practice grows, a stable, supportive team that respects your judgment, and no non-compete restrictions.
