About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced, full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care to patients in and around Panama City Beach, Florida. The provider will apply medical techniques and principles under physician supervision and care for a diverse patient population, including patients with chronic diseases and limited mobility. Care is delivered in patients’ homes as part of Ennoble Care’s primary and palliative care services.

The role includes assessing patients, developing diagnoses and treatment plans, ordering medically necessary diagnostic testing, and prescribing medications, supplies, and interventions. Providers work with office staff and clinical operations using internal platforms, and can consult the in-house clinical team for support. The position offers a flexible schedule and autonomy. Compensation is $105,000–$130,000+ depending on experience and other incentives; providers are paid per visit.

Requirements

• Board certified, with a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to treat, assess, and diagnose accurately and confidently.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem-solve confidently and work independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative care patients in and around Panama City Beach, Florida.
• Assess patients through physical examinations and by obtaining, updating, and reviewing medical histories; create appropriate plans of care.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop clinical impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Build trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and appropriate medically necessary interventions.
