Nurse Practitioner- 1-2 Days/Week - Panama City, FL
About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to conduct Veteran disability evaluations in Panama City, Florida, one to two days per week. The role focuses on assessment and documentation rather than ongoing patient caseloads or chronic-condition management. Nurse Practitioners conduct medical histories and focused physical examinations, review records and diagnostic information, document findings against VA evaluation criteria, write reports relating a Veteran’s condition to their service, and complete VA questionnaires using a digital platform. The stated schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on one to two days per week.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Prior clinical Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Orthopedics, or a similar field.
