About The Position
Duly Health and Care Lisle is seeking an advanced practice provider for its Internal Medicine team. The role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, form trusted relationships, and collaborate with leading physicians and provider partners. The position is supported by Duly’s broad specialty network and ambulatory care resources. New graduates are welcome to apply. The anticipated base compensation range is $100,000–$140,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with a master’s degree.
- Licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Internal Medicine or a similar setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in Internal Medicine.
- Form trusted relationships with patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, provider partners, and the care team.
