About The Position

Duly Health and Care Wheaton is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for Internal Medicine. The role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, build trusted patient relationships, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop innovative approaches to care. Providers have access to Duly’s collaborative network and internal referrals, including more than 1,600 Duly providers across specialties, along with ambulatory services and other care resources. New graduate APP candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with a master’s degree.
• Licensed or able to obtain licensure in Illinois.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Internal Medicine or a similar setting; one or more years preferred.
• New graduate APP candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide Internal Medicine care while practicing within the full scope of training and licensure.
• Form trusted relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on patient care and innovative healthcare solutions.
