About The Position

Tia is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide flexible, per diem coverage for their Eastside Los Angeles clinics, including Pasadena, Silver Lake, and Studio City. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for supplemental clinical work without a fixed schedule. Per diem providers will support coverage gaps, high-volume periods, and unexpected staffing needs. Providers are expected to share at least one day of general availability each week, which can include weekdays or weekends. Tia will contact available providers with shift details, and providers can accept or decline each request based on their availability. Accepted shifts are typically eight hours, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Same-day requests may require a two-hour response time. The role requires an experienced clinician who can manage a broad range of primary care and women's health visits, adapt to different clinic teams, and deliver high-quality care with minimal ramp-up time.
