About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at the Gulf Correctional Institution in Wewahitchka, Florida. This role involves working under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment, assisting in healthcare delivery and patient care management. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and managing medications. The position offers a work-life balance with set hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted FL ARNP or PA license
- BLS certification
- DEA License
