About The Position

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support the SRS Wound Care Clinic. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position primarily based at the SRS Frost Street North clinic, with a secondary location at SRS Rancho Bernardo. The role involves evaluating, treating, and managing patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include providing specialized wound care such as wound VAC management, Unna boot applications, ostomy/stoma care, and patient education. The provider will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor healing progress, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive wound care for SRS patients.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of full-time NP/PA experience in wound care required
• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license required
• Current board certification in applicable specialty required
• Must be comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ostomy/stoma care strongly preferred

Responsibilities
