About The Position

Seeking Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to provide urgent care coverage across multiple locations in the Richmond, VA area. This is a full-time position, with each provider working 3 shifts per week, totaling 9 shifts per week. Clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Providers are expected to work 12-hour shifts or longer, depending on patient flow, and must see all patients who arrive during operating hours. This coverage is needed urgently due to provider resignations and a lack of bandwidth to meet current needs. There is no call coverage required.

Requirements

• Board Certified
• DEA required
• Virginia State License
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care coverage in clinic settings.
• Work 12-hour shifts or longer, adapting to patient flow.
• See all patients who arrive during clinic operating hours (8 AM - 8 PM, 7 days a week).
