Nurse Practitioner NP/PA Primary Care

CVS Health•Highland Park, NJ
•$46 - $99•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring a clinic-based float provider to deliver affordable, accessible, high-quality primary and family care. The role floats among 10 clinics in Chicago, Evanston, and Oak Park. Care is primarily provided in person; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and virtual care will not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers work with clinical support, collaborative resources, evidence-based guidelines, and assessment and treatment planning tools. Charting and follow-up are completed during the scheduled shift. The position is open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates. Nurse Practitioners must have a master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, national board certification through AANP or ANCC, and an active, unrestricted state APRN license. Physician Associates must graduate from an ARC-PA-accredited program, hold current NCCPA certification, and have an active, unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain one upon hire. A master’s degree is required for PA program graduates with post-2020 matriculation; a bachelor’s degree is acceptable for earlier graduates of accredited programs. The role requires physical presence at assigned clinics. Providers must hold active Basic Life Support certification, be able to pass a respirator fit test, and complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Multi-state licensure must be obtained and maintained based on business needs. The stated pay range is $46.03–$99.14 per hour or the equivalent base annual full-time salary, depending on factors including experience, education, and geography. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility.
