About The Position
Brynn Marr Hospital is hiring a Nurse Manager to coordinate and supervise nursing care and service delivery for children, adolescents, and adults in collaboration with Nursing Leadership. The role also performs staff management functions for MHTs and MHT IIs, including hiring, performance management, evaluations, and departmental training. This is a full-time day-shift position at the hospital in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina or a compact state.
- Annual BLS and CPI certifications.
- Five years of experience in assessment, evaluation, intervention, and management of adolescents, children, and adults in an inpatient health setting is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college preferred.
- Five years’ experience specific to the assessment, evaluation, intervention, and management of adolescents, children, and adults in an inpatient health setting preferred.
Responsibilities
