About The Position
We are looking for a Nurse Manager to lead our rehabilitation nursing team in Baltimore, Maryland. The role manages rehabilitation nursing staff and oversees patient care, scheduling, and performance. It ensures compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, develops and implements care protocols, collaborates with physicians and therapists, and drives quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active RN licence.
- 5+ years of nursing experience, including rehabilitation.
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Baltimore.
Nice To Haves
- CRRN certification.
- BSN or MSN.
