About The Position
The RN Manager provides high-quality, compassionate care and supports the well-being of patients and communities. The role combines clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes and the working environment for the nursing team. The RN Manager provides leadership and supervision, coordinates and collaborates as a strategic partner, advocates for patients, and develops staff to deliver excellent customer service. The manager supports AHF’s initiatives and keeps the organization’s core values and mission central to their work. The role is part of a close-knit team in a collaborative structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders, and includes managing budgets, emergency response and crisis management, technology integration, and ethical decision-making.
Requirements
- Texas RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care.
