Per Diem-Nurse Case Manager
About The Position
We are looking for a self-motivated registered nurse interested in an in-person position. The RN will facilitate and coordinate all aspects of medical care needed by injured employees and work cohesively with the treatment team to provide optimal care. The role involves interacting with insurance company adjusters, attorneys, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The nurse oversees patient care, attends medical appointments, visits hospitals, and coordinates medical equipment, home modifications, and any other needed services or products. The position allows work from home, local travel, and a flexible workday; a laptop is provided.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho.
- Valid Idaho driver’s license and Idaho auto insurance.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- One year of nursing experience.
- One year of case management experience.
- Willingness to travel 50–75%.
