About The Position

Concordia at Sumner is hiring experienced State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide direct care to residents. Paid on-the-job training is available. Requirements

• Satisfactory completion of a Nurse Aide training program.
• Current Ohio Nurse Aide license in good standing.
• Experience as a caregiver is sought; experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, and bladder and bowel management.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning, and positioning.
• Document care provided.
• Provide treatment according to the ADL/treatment book.
• Answer resident call bells and respond promptly to residents’ needs.
