About The Position

The Nuclear IT Program Manager manages multiple interdependent projects throughout their lifecycles, ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints. The role oversees individual project managers, allocates resources, and leads multidisciplinary teams that may include employees at various levels, vendors, and clients. Programs coordinate related projects to achieve benefits and controls that would not be available through managing each project independently. The role delivers strategic value through business-aligned IT programs. It partners with peers to shape portfolio needs and estimate portfolio budgets and schedules, and works with business and IT leaders to plan and develop projects that implement IT strategies. The manager develops internal resources to deliver technology and process value within an IT Tower or product-aligned portfolio, while working to improve business experience, reduce technical debt, and ensure successful project delivery. This position requires expertise in project management and knowledge of infrastructure, application, and Operational Technology (OT) domains. It also calls for organizational and financial leadership, understanding of corrective action programs, and the ability to drive modernization in a highly regulated nuclear environment. Through stakeholder relationships, reliable project delivery, and leadership of non-project business initiatives, the position supports nuclear safety, security, and long-term fleet reliability. At this time, only current PSEG employees are being considered. The position is hybrid, with at least three onsite days per week. PSEG is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
