About The Position

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Family and Internal Medicine Departments. This is a full-time, salaried position working in Primary Care (Family or Internal Medicine) as a float, covering various regions of San Diego County. The role involves providing additional patient access with same-day visits and supporting the new Evolution project for SRS primary care. The position is 100% outpatient primary care with no after-hours, call, or inpatient work. Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group has a long history of clinical excellence and offers integrated, coordinated care across 19 clinic locations with over 700 providers. They are a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group with a built-in referral system and an integrated EMR system for seamless communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA in an outpatient primary care clinical setting
• Comfortable working independently
