NP/PA Orthopedic Surgery (Fracture Clinic - Outpatient) Opening in San Diego, CA
About The Position
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery Division, specifically to support the SRS fracture clinic. This is a full-time, salaried position focused on outpatient care. The role involves a collaborative practice model, working closely with a supervising orthopedic physician to evaluate and manage adult patients (ages 18 and older) presenting with acute and follow-up fracture care needs. The position offers the opportunity to function in a team-based setting, participating in joint patient visits and shared decision-making to develop comprehensive treatment plans. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with one hour for lunch, and is 100% outpatient at the SRS San Diego Main clinic, with no after-hours, call, or inpatient work required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working full-time as an NP/PA in an orthopedic surgery setting or similar.
- Must be an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities
