About The Position
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Ophthalmology Division. This is a full-time, salaried position focused on Oculoplastics. The role involves a 1.0 FTE schedule, typically working four 10-hour clinic days per week, with a one-hour lunch break. The position is primarily based at the Sharp Rees-Stealy’s Scripps Ranch clinic, with occasional coverage at the Santee location. This is a 100% outpatient role with no after-hours, call, or inpatient responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced oculoplastic physicians in a collaborative, team-based environment and be comfortable performing Botox injections.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working full-time as an NP/PA.
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in ophthalmology is strongly encouraged.
- Comfortable performing Botox injections.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within the Ophthalmology Division.
