About The Position
Compassionate, energetic, responsible individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centric care in an orthopaedic sports medicine academic service. Treats patients independently in an office setting and serves as a first assistant in the operating room. Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits. Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested. Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment instructions. Maintains and reviews patient’s records, charts and other pertinent information. Participates in research projects and educational projects. Performs related work as required.
