Requirements

Valid Medical License
Valid HIPPA and OSHA certifications
Special skills/Certifications: Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, Micro-needling, body contouring, etc.
Experience with MedSpa Injectables and Laser services
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills and follow-through
Passionate about the spa industry
Above-average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application

Responsibilities

Perform treatments such as injectables, lasers, IPL, skin tightening, micro-needling, body contour, and other procedures as appropriate.
Possess knowledge and skills to perform MedSpa treatments.
Understand professional products within the MedSpa.
Demonstrate knowledge of proper consent and treatment protocols.
Interact cooperatively with other MedSpa team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers.
Adhere to high professional image standards, including dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle.
Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations.
Actively build repeat clientele.
Attend and participate in all general and team meetings.
Assist the MedSpa team whenever asked.
Maintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements.
Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education, including appropriate state licensure.
Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution.
Mentor new team members to help them grow and thrive.
Complete daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abide by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
Adhere to work schedule and demonstrate a good work ethic.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Set and achieve goals and targets.
Perform consultations with new and existing clients per the outline provided.
