About The Position
Serenity Esthetics is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join its growing team in Des Moines, Iowa. RNs, NPs, PAs, and physicians are welcome. Candidates must hold an Iowa license authorizing cosmetic injectables, or be eligible to obtain one before performing clinical duties. The role may be part-time or full-time depending on spa hours and appointment demand. Candidates should be comfortable in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes; specific schedules and availability expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
Requirements
- Active Iowa license authorizing cosmetic injectables, or eligibility to obtain one before clinical duties.
- Hands-on injectable experience and documented training.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and complication management.
- Excellent communication skills and clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Administer neuromodulators such as Botox and dermal fillers within the scope of the applicable license.
- Lead consultations, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Educate clients about results, risks, and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow safety protocols.
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver natural-looking results.
