About The Position
Relive Health is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join its premium longevity, wellness, and medical aesthetics clinic in Great Neck, New York. The role offers flexible part-time or per-diem opportunities for an injector who wants to grow within a wellness brand, work in a professional clinical environment, and collaborate with a medical team. Experienced professionals with an established clientele may discuss customized arrangements and longer-term growth opportunities. The injector will provide aesthetic treatments, develop personalized treatment plans, maintain patient safety and clinical compliance, and build client relationships through education and follow-up. The role also supports the growth of aesthetic services and may involve introducing clients to complementary wellness services when appropriate.
Requirements
- Active New York RN, NP, or PA license.
- Hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, patient safety, and complication management.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Professional, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently within applicable clinical protocols and medical oversight.
- Passion for natural-looking results and personalized patient care.

- Experience with advanced injectable techniques and facial balancing.
- Strong client retention and referral history.
- Interest in longevity medicine, regenerative aesthetics, and wellness.

Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and other treatments within the injector’s training and qualifications.
- Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized aesthetic treatment plans.
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent results, education, and follow-up care.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, and clinical compliance.
- Identify appropriate opportunities to introduce clients to complementary services, including hormone optimization, peptide therapies, IV wellness, and skin rejuvenation.
- Collaborate with medical providers, estheticians, and client advocates to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Support the growth of aesthetic services through client retention, referrals, and relationship building.
