About The Position
Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS), a leading physician-led aesthetic and plastic surgery practice in Central Ohio, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA-C) to join their expanding team. This role is for individuals with a proven track record in aesthetic injectable treatments, ideally within plastic surgery, dermatology, or a similar medical aesthetics setting. CAPS offers a collaborative environment with seven board-certified plastic surgeons and a multidisciplinary team, providing opportunities for professional growth, exposure to a wide range of aesthetic services, and the use of state-of-the-art facilities and technologies. Requirements
- Active RN, NP, or PA-C license (or eligibility for Ohio licensure before employment).
- Minimum of one year of independent aesthetic injection experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments independently.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and treatment planning.
- Experience conducting patient consultations and developing customized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences.
Nice To Haves
- Three or more years of independent aesthetic injection experience.
- Experience within a plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics practice.
- Established ability to build long-term patient relationships and grow an aesthetic practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive consultations with patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Independently administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team.
