About The Position

Hiatus is hiring an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to provide holistic aesthetic care across its Texas-based spa and med spa business. The role offers the independence to practice as a provider, with the support and community of an established company. The injector will build relationships with guests and brand partners, provide personalized treatments and treatment plans, and contribute to the growth and performance of the med spa.

Requirements

Current RN, NP, or PA license in Texas.
At least 1 year of experience in injectables.
Current BLS certification.
Strong relationship-building and patient education skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to personal and med spa growth.
Collaborative, wellness-focused mindset and ability to take ownership of individual success.

Nice To Haves

2 or more years of experience in injectables.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced injectable and regenerative treatments, including Sculptra, PRF, EZ Gel, Dysport/Botox, Juvederm and Restylane dermal fillers, SkinPen, SkinVive, and medical-grade peels.
Understand each guest’s needs and design thoughtful treatment plans aligned with their individual aesthetic goals.
Educate guests and provide high-level care to support long-term results.
Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with Texas med spa regulations.
Collaborate with the team on promotions, events, and cross-service referrals.
Meet individual revenue goals and support overall team performance metrics through exceptional patient care and service.
Build and nurture a loyal clientele through follow-up, outreach, and meaningful patient interactions.
Provide personalized recommendations based on expertise in treatments and retail offerings.
