About The Position

Kalologie is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector who is interested in growing an existing practice through a platform that provides consistent client flow. Kalologie delivers aesthetic and wellness services within premium host brands, including Club Studio and MGM Resorts, and operates in high-traffic, high-income environments. The role is suited to injectors who maintain an independent client book and want more consistent client flow while preserving quality, or who want to increase earnings within a structured, supportive environment.

The injector performs cosmetic treatments, consults with clients, develops customized treatment plans, and builds long-term client relationships. The role includes collaboration with the team to support revenue and client retention, as well as participation in ongoing skill development. Compensation is competitive and performance-driven, with consistent clinic scheduling and generous service discounts. Compensation is determined by clinical licensure, experience, and established client base.

Requirements

• Active RN, NP, or PA license.
• Proven experience in cosmetic injectables.
• Strong aesthetic eye and consultation skills.
• Availability to work potential evenings and weekends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow.

Nice To Haves

• An existing client following is strongly preferred.
• Experience in IV therapy and functional medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments at an advanced level.
• Perform SkinPen microneedling and chemical peels.
• Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to drive revenue and client retention.
