The Spring is hiring a full-time Non-Residential Case Manager to provide trauma-informed case management to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization offering a safe home and supportive services to survivors and their children. The Case Manager conducts intakes and needs assessments, develops individualized service and safety plans, assists clients with applications and paperwork for essential services, and provides ongoing emotional support, crisis intervention, and empowerment-based advocacy. The role also facilitates support and educational groups, connects clients with community resources, coordinates referrals, and advocates to reduce barriers to services. The position maintains accurate, timely, and confidential records and ensures services and documentation comply with OAG standards, reporting requirements, and agency policies. Applicants must be able to sign The Spring’s Statement of Faith and pass a seven-year background check. A felony does not automatically exclude applicants from consideration.
