This role is for non-practicing attorneys, solo practitioners, mediators, arbitrators, negotiators - someone who can pivot, negotiate, push cases forward, overcome obstacles, and turn overpayments into recovered dollars. We're hiring high-value case closers - not processors, not task‑takers.
Requirements
- Persuasive phone communication & negotiation
- Resilience and follow‑through under pressure
- Healthcare or collections fluency (presumptive close)
- Self‑directed portfolio management
- Compliant + disciplined documentation
- Proven high dollar recovery experience required

- Bachelor's preferred
Responsibilities
- Recover high‑dollar overpayments through assertive, persuasive phone outreach.
- Own each case from first contact to approved repayment.
- Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity.
- Navigate objections & escalations professionally and persistently.
- Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking.
- Work with urgency, strategy, accountability, and execution.
