About The Position
Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the New York Bar
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
