About The Position

This role is for non-practicing attorneys, solo practitioners, mediators, arbitrators, negotiators - someone who can pivot, negotiate, push cases forward, overcome obstacles, and turn overpayments into recovered dollars. We're hiring high-value case closers - not processors, not task‑takers. The monthly earning potential with base + incentive is $20,400. Success looks like starting at a $6000 bonus for $100K in monthly recoveries, fast decision-maker access, high-quality, high-cadence calling, and review‑ready documentation.

Requirements

• Persuasive phone communication & negotiation
• Resilience and follow‑through under pressure
• Healthcare or collections fluency (presumptive close)
• Self‑directed portfolio management
• Compliant + disciplined documentation
• Proven high dollar recovery experience required

Responsibilities

• Recover high‑dollar overpayments through assertive, persuasive phone outreach.
• Own each case from first contact to approved repayment.
• Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity.
• Navigate objections & escalations professionally and persistently.
• Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking.
• Work with urgency, strategy, accountability, and execution.
• Contacting medical providers (no cold calls).
